The form is available online and must be mailed no later than February 28, 2015. Meaning it must have a postage date stamp on or before 28th.
- an Avon Rep
- at least 18 years of age
- enrolled at an accredited technical, 2 or 4 year school attending part or full time
Definitions
- Avon Rep: some one who is actively selling Avon brand products
- accredited: where an institute of higher education is acknowledged by committee(s) for providing courses that will transfer successfully to other institutions of higher education
- part-time attendance: taking at least 12 credits per semester
- full-time attendance: taking more than 12 credits per semester
