Internships have been mentioned before but little talk was done in regards to sound leads for internship opportunities. These past few weeks lead to some interesting discoveries many of which weren't planned as the objective laid elsewhere. In other words, a happy accident.
A bulk of internships take place over the summer months so a good bit of these will be for Summer 2019. It's first come first serve so jump on the ball ASAP when you find a promising match.
This internship is located in San Francisco, CA within the offices of Twitch. 2 of the 7 requirements require that you have completed Sophomore year and are majoring within the Computer Science and or related fields. What I like about the briefing that was provided is the fact that meaningful work will be assigned rather than grunt work no one else wants to tackle.

NVM is offering a total of four (4) scholarships to eligible high school students. Three have location restrictions while the fourth does not. To qualify for the location restriction scholarships you have to be a resident of the state of Texas and to qualify for the fourth you have to be female.
Each scholarship has its own set of requirements so read through each requirement carefully to make sure nothing is left out during submission. 'Tis but a small sampling and more will be posted as soon as they're discovered.
